Bad packaging, fuel tank dented. Washer still works, impressive power. Easy Starting!!
Update: Amazon gave me a prompt partial refund for the damaged fuel tank, enough to get repairs done, and since the pressure washer itself is amazing, my review is now changed to 5 stars.Bad packaging, fuel tank dented enough to crack the paint, seeking warranty support and will update to 5 stars if they fix the problem at no charge.Washer works beautifully, very impressive power, already used it for a client to strip off old mortar compound splattered and cured all over their porch bricks. YES, Easy starting if you know how to use a choke and engine throttle, and hold down the handle of the spray wand to take the pressure off the engine until it gets going, like you’re supposed to folks, come on! Most of the bad reviews are for not knowing how to start the machine, which is silly since you don’t buy a commercial grade machine if you don’t have at least a basic understanding of how to use it. Bad stars for shipping are a very problem however. Please raise the price $20 or whatever and ship with some solid foam inserts to protect these machines from damage during shipping.

I wanted a good strong commercial grade pressure washer and decided to go with this one based on reviews and I’ve got to say when it works is a powerhouse of a pressure washer however beware because the first time you pull it it fires right up but after using it and you have to shut it off Lord help you when it comes to starting it back and for me after just a handful of uses it quit starting all together so upon taking it to a dealer and repair shop for Simpson I was told by a certified Simpson repairman that this particular model has flaws and the company when you go to look at the warranty uses loopholes to find their way out and not cover it so you end up paying out of pocket for something that you assume will be warranty covered. So like I said, just beware. Myself, I decided just to get my money back on it because I’m not going to invest this kind of money in something and the company not support and take care of their products.
