Does a great job
We had another brand previously and it died within a year. Husband researched different brands and models and decided to give this one a try. He loves it and has power washed everything he find to wash. He’s very pleased with the purchase.

Lasted less than 2 hours
After 2 small jobs(about 1.5 hours machine total run time at most) began a 3rd small area. Something happened at the bottom of the machine causing a steady stream of water and pressure loss. Thought it must be a loose connection, but not wanting to invalidate the warranty decided to call Greenworks support to see if they could walk me through a simple fix. Not only was I on hold for over 10 minutes waiting, the young man who took the call was of no help. He said sometimes water calcification causes clogs. Granted this is true, but had only had the machine, which was just manufactured in May 2019, for one week and only had run water through for less than 2 hours. He basically said to clean the intakes and try again. NOPE. Sent it back to Amazon and they processed the refund as soon as I left the UPS store. Sorry Greenworks, I know you are better than this. Guess I got a lemon machine and had a lemon support call.
