This is a great blower for your money I purchased it a month ago I live in Northeast Ohio I saw plenty of review saying used it once then it died couldn’t use it again if you know anything about 2-cycle engines you know you need a 50 to 1 mix ratio I prefer using the premix gas you buy at your local hardware store because it does not have any ethanol in it and for you that don’t know ethanol attracts water so you cannot let it sit in your gas tank for more than 2 days or you will destroy the engine if you buy the premix gas you will have no worries you can let it sit in there for up to two years started up and it will be just fine this Backpack Blower I opened it up started it up it was 28 degrees outside when I first got it it started right up my recommendation is do not use your own mix gas by premix gas because of the ethanol they kills 2 cycle engines

Blower would not start for first time. Called Poulan customer service and they told me to go to a service center a couple towns away. Went there and was told by the mechanic that they don’t work on Poulan products (he was nice enough to try and start it for me, and after swapping out spark plugs, he found out that no spark was getting to the plugs). I called Poulan back, and after waiting on hold for about and hour, they told me to go to another service center. I asked them if they would at least reimburse me for gas for THEIR mistake, but they would not. So I returned the product and will not be purchasing any Poulan products after this experience!
