Exactly what I needed
Came quicker than anticipated and is exactly what I needed. Small, lightweight, and works well. Keeping in mind, I have a tiny yard. So may not be exactly what you need. But it definitely works for me. Had been more than a month since I cut my grass. Put the mower on tallest grass setting and it didn’t fill the collection bag. Decided that wasn’t short enough, dropped it to the lowest setting and it filled my bag twice. Which would be humbug for a larger yard. But was a LOT easier to dump the bag twice than to rake the grass. Will see how well it holds up. But after one use, I am very pleased with my purchase.Update – regular use and it’s holding up just fine. Works as I need it to. I have an extension cord that lives attached to it and cutting the grass quick and easy. Still happy with my purchase. (Don’t forget an extension cord if you don’t have one)

Defective flap on back of mower deck
Within five minutes of using this for the first time the plastic flap on the back of the mower deck became bent and stopped blocking debris coming from the blade towards the back of the deck. In other words, the flap no longer protected the person operating the mower from flying debris. I stopped it immediately and examined the deck and flap. It was no longer safe to use. Perhaps I had a flap that was incorrectly installed a the factory, I’m not sure. Anyway, I found it unsafe and returned it. And for some background, I worked in the lawn mower parts distribution business for over a decade and understand how mowers are constructed and how the safety features work.
