Works good
I bought this for my sister as a Christmas present. She loves it except for the fact that the shoulder straps keep coming out of the back and theirs no way to secure it there. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be like that or not. Nothing in the manual about it. It is very light weight and easy to work with. Doesn’t leave you with a sore back and the cruse control is nice.

Buyer beware
Not made by Craftsman, made by MTD. Received item, setup item per the detailed instructions including using canned pure mixed fuel, which they don’t recommend a brand just use any. Made sure the air filter was oiled per the instructions. Followed the instructions for V starting, started great. Ran for 10 minutes and seized up, could not even pull it to try to start it again. Thankfully Amazon is Awesome and i revived a refund. Will never buy a Craftsman branded power tool again. Went and bought a highly rated Echo. And I love it.
