Great powerful pressure washer for great price
Great unit for the price! Hard to beat these specs on a quality machine for the price (309 when I purchased). Assembly takes 5 minutes tops. Add oil and gas and you’re ready to go. Nice thing about this unit compared to some is that it was a throttle adjustment to adjust the pressure if you have a more delicate job. Came with 5 nozzles instead of the advertised 4, which is great because I didn’t secure one well and it shot off and I still haven’t found it. I’ve used for about an hour now on some driveway and gutter work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a residential gas pressure washer.

So, which one did I receive?
Power washer arrived with no damage and all parts seem to be included. While assembling the handle assembly I noticed the sticker was peeling off. Looking closer there was another sticker underneath.The sticker listed the washer I purchased. The sticker under that was for a different washer. Lower pressure and lower volume per minute.So a call to their service was not helpful. Waited for the next available rep but after 20 minutes I hung up.Did I receive a lower model at a higher price?Here’s an update: Second day of using the power washer after a few minutes running the engine shuts off.I checked oil level since it has a low oil switch. Oil is full. Gave the rope a pull and it starts. Back to using it and a few minutes later it shuts off again. Tried starting and it started. Went through this six times and had enough for the day. Call to their service and asked to wait for a service rep. 45 minutes later I hung up. Apparently all of their hype about customer service is just that HYPE. Not sure why this is going on but if you are looking to purchase one of the Simpson pressure washers try calling their service number before buying.
