Arrived Defective and NO returns/replacement
I appreciate the shipping carriers because they placed my package very carefully (CEVA) but after trying to unbox it, I saw some body damage and scratches and when I try to turn it on, there was an oil leakage. I tried contacting Amazon Support and they said thus item is non returnable therefore they cannot solve anything. I asked them for a replacement and they said its too costly for an item to replace and I get that but why send me a defective item then? Now I can’t even do anything about it because there’s no other route to take besides selling it locally but its defective anyways so now I am down a bunch if money for nothing. Thank you.
