Really glad I bought the WorkX Air
I charged the new battery (2 HOURS), and used the blower on all concrete paths, the front landing, drive way, steps and wide walkway at the street. There are 40 steps up the hill side from the street to the back of my house. Fir, pine needles and dry blossoms that covered the concrete were the target. I went quickly but thoroughly. It only took me 14.5 MINUTES, and luckily the battery lasted exactly 14.5 MINUTES, (but no more). Probably only 60 seconds to keep steps and landing to front door tidy. The blower only weighs 4 POUNDS, so it was like waving around a book with one hand. The battery re-charge took 2 HOURS. I used a stop watch for timing. My other blower weighs 12 pounds, requires both arms and 50 feet of electric cord to do the same thing. I have to relocate the cord to three different indoor outlets to cover the territory, which is a time wasting nuisance. The cord isn’t long enough to do the wide walkway along the front of the house at street level, so I have to use a push room for that. Depending on area, I’ll utilize the advantages of both in the Fall. I checked youtube, and found a 30 minute infomercial. Really shows off the product.

Nice Unit but Disappointingly Battery issues
This is a nice little blower and the accessories are uncommonly useful. But as others have mentioned, the battery technology used leaves a lot to be desired. The supplied 2.0 amp-hour battery steadily deteriorated until after only about 5 charging cycles (from new) I was able to get no more than about 10 minutes service from the battery before it shut down. This was with diligent care to ensure the battery was drained (but not excessively or shorted out) before charging and that, once in the charger, it was not left charging after it indicated a full charge. I purchased an after-market 4.0 AHr battery on Amazon.com and the blower has been working like a champ since. Very handy size to keep around the shop and garage. Not a full-size yard blower, but it’s not advertised to be. It’s just disappointing about the battery quality. Also the fact that the charging battery must be monitored to ensure that an overcharge does not damage the battery is a real short-coming.
