Easy to install
Before buying this I went to several stores looking for one and if course, every place had to order it in. This was the cheapest and best option so yeah, I got it and I do not regret it. I didn’t have one before so yes, it made a HUGE difference in how fast I was able to cut my lawn without stopping to clear grass out of the chute. May not be OEM or anything but it works and lawn looks better after using it.

Seems to fit my Craftsman push mower

Many inexpensive push lawn mowers are built by MTD. I suspect they make the Craftsman and Troy-bilt mowers that I see at Lowes and Home Depot. I have a CRAFTSMAN M140 160-cc 21-in Gas Push Lawn Mower with Honda Engine that I purchased at Lowes. The side discharge chute was lost, so I purchased this replacement. The fit is fairly good, although there is a slight gap where the plastic meets the metal decking. It worked very well when I tested it out. Product was shipped quickly at a reasonable price.

Not what I expected.

Bought this for my Troybilt mower and it showed up like this. Figured it was a mistake and didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting it returned so I decided to try again.I was once again given the same item as before. This doesn’t look anything like it does in the picture, doesn’t come close to fitting any part of my mower, and is basically a glorified paperweight at this point. Not happy with this and don’t plan on buying anymore side chutes from Amazon.
