Works! Cub Cadet XT1 Enduro 46″. (Install tips)
Installed today. Works well with Cub Cadet XT1 46″. A few tips…. 1. Do not remove the original chute. I installed new blades the day it was set to arrive and figured I’d just remove the chute, don’t do this as the spring assembly on the chute completes the seal better.2. Disregard all the model 700 series stuff in the instructions.3. On the chute assembly there is a pin that goes into a hole by the guide wheel. Mine had one bolt that attached the pin protruding further than the other. This interrupted the guide wheel. Solution, remove the star bit bolt add one or two washers to the inside and done.I had a piece of weather stripping loose in the box… No idea where that goes or where it’s from, the additional brackets etc you won’t use.Install took 20 minutes no tools required I was very pleased with that.

Lower chute doesn’t fit
While there were some modifications needed in order to install the bag bracket, I managed to get through it. When it came time to put the lower chute on my 2014 Craftsman T2400, it was so far off that it couldn’t be used. The description says “fits all 42/46 inch tractors with side discharge”, which is wrong. The lower chute does not cover the discharge area of the deck. Since I made all other parts fit, I am now just looking for the lower chute. Also, the pin used to attach the front of the lower chute did not fit. If I cannot find a lower chute that fits properly I will return the whole package.
