Incredible.
This pressure washer is great. Extremely powerful, extremely reliable (the little but I’ve used it anyways,) everything seems to be of good quality. It showed up on a pallet and was delivered off an LTL truck. It is very heavy. Hard to move by yourself. I have 2 small complaints. The cart is not set up great for stairs. I know it’s not built for stairs, but it’d be nice if there was a way to make it a little easier to get on/off decks. 2nd complaint is the motor mounts were loose upon delivery. Very 1st time I used it, 2 fell out and I even lost one.

Pump failed on second use and pull cord won’t retract
I purchased this pump and spent the extra money to ensure a good product would be delivered. I used it once in June for about 30-40 minutes and worked without issue. I tried to use the power washer again this week and the pump will not operate. Also the pull cord isn’t retracting so that will need to be disassembled and fixed. It is amazing today how cheap products are being built and even when you spend the extra for what would typically be a better unit, still issues with many of them. This unit literally only performed once and failed on the second use. Would not recommend. Now to see if there is any customer support on these units.
