1/15/22 UPDATED REVIEW- much better!
UPDATE 1/15/22I am updating my review. The vendor communicated with me directly after seeing what I was going through and she sent me a brand new unit out. The additional replacement I was able to hook up yesterday. So far so good. The unit had no leaking and seems that the pressure is even stronger than the other units received. Customer service is outstanding and the seller makes sure you get the most out of your purchase. Maybe the units ordered previously from Amazon are the issue. The one the supplier drop shipped me directly didn’t have the issues. I say this preliminary though. I will use this unit daily and weekly and after sometime I will report back my findings. For now I’m giving it 4 stars. If this product shows me after beating it up some that it’s solid , I.e. motor, pressure, no leaks then I’ll give it 5 stars.I wanted to really like this unit but there’s a couple of issues to be noted. This is labeled at 1600PSI machine. By far, this is 1600PSI, maybe 1200. The pressure is not sufficient to remove bugs off the front of a car let alone anything else. Customer service was very good and they sent me out a replacement unit – the replacement unit had the same pressure deficiency and then the unit started shooting water out the side flooding my garage. Mounting the mount was not user friendly at all. The bolts you screw in are up against the legs. It can be done but it’s very time consuming at expect a few cuts on your hands trying to get the bolts in.I have to say that I would recommend not buying this unit. It’s honestly a waste of money and has caused nothing but problems… the company has a newer machine that’s 2200 PSI (advertised) may be worth a try for that one at a $299 price tag.

Concept is great. Quality is average.
The hoses are always popping off and now the actual hose reel fell off. The idea is stellar but the quality of the product is not the best.
