Pros and Cons. Only for light work. Nothing serious.
So I bought this because I was tired of being tethered to an extension cord. Although I do love my other brand electric blower/vac.The price on this was low. The reviews were okay. So I pulled the trigger. The pros:Very light. To the point of feeling like a toy.Convenience. You can’t beat just picking it up and starting a job.Small. My 7-year-old can handle this blower. The cons:You get about 10 minutes before the blower starts slowing down and 20 minutes before it’s dead. One speed. If you know the art of blowing debris then this may not be an issue. For very light jobs only. If you have a few leaves on a short driveway or dirt on a patio then you’re fine. Anything larger and you’re swapping out batteries. And getting leaves out of grass isn’t going to happen, especially if they’re wet.If you have a very small property or need something light for very light jobs (patio, porch, short stretch of sidewalk, or garage) then this may be for you. You won’t get a lot of run time before you start losing blower power and it will get weaker and weaker over time. I eventually had to buy something with more heft so I could get my work done and not look like I was playing with a toy. I eventually just gave it to my 7-year-old so she could help with yard work if she wanted to.It’s not horrible. But this model fits into a certain nitch that I don’t believe the average suburban homeowner fits into. But this may be fine for a city dweller that doesn’t have a lot of property to tend to.
