Best blower out there
Better than my old gas powered blower. First of all not mixing gas for this one runs right off of electricity 21 V battery. Second is it’s much lighter and easier to use with one hand. My overall favorite part iPod this blower is that the blow power/speed is adjustable. This is more than enough power to blow off my back patio with any debris or sticks that fall on it as well as my driveway after cutting grass. if you turn it down to one instead of six you can easily have a light blowing action. This allows you to blow dust from a floor like a garage without blowing every particle into the air and landing on poles or whatever may be in the garage. Are use this for house but I would imagine that would be great for an apartment if you need it to blow off the patio or porch the fact that it breaks down for storage makes it that much more convenient.Very happyI hope this was helpful

A bit weak, somewhat disappointing
I purchased this blower for a limited purpose – to sweep a turfed area (artificial grass) which measures 12′ x 45′. I am comparing this blower to a lower-end Stihl gas-powered blower which I was using previously for the same area. I wanted a cheap electric blower to keep keep on site. This blower is borderline inadequate even for the very light use which I need it for. It is cheap. But it feels almost like a toy. It is in between a toy and a real blower.It gets the job done but very slowly. i use it only on the highest speed setting. A positive thing to say is that it is substantially quieter than my gas-engine blower. It is about equal weight with the gas blower. It is not too difficult to maneuver. The battery however is junk. It discharges very rapidly over 10-15 minutes, and takes several hours to charge back to full. After about 5-6 minutes of continuous work, the battery weakens and the air volume starts to decrease. It feels as if you changed the speed setting. The gas blower obviously has no such issues. The battery runs hot. It runs hot when charging and runs hot when using it on the blower. The battery as a stand-alone purchase is expensive, and it is not interchangeable with Dewalt or Black&Decker batteries. But a Dewalt blower of similar specs was about double in price.Conclusion: This is a very light duty blower, suitable for very small and infrequent jobs. It would work fine on a small paved patio. I don’t find it suitable for grass or turfed areas. The electric motor will probably last a few years but the battery is junk and will give out much sooner. I wish I purchased the Dewalt product instead of trying to save.
