Good tool.
I was very excited to find this tool (saw a video online). Now after trying it I can honestly say, that it is useful, but not quite as great as I hoped it to be.First of all, there is absolutely no way that it can create new edging. No way. It is a bit awkward to get used to and requires to bend down and stay that way while working (not the easiest of positions to work in). It seems to me that it would be more efficient if there was a sharpened point where the edger is bent; this would allow to minimize necessary force to use it.On the plus side I think it will be very useful to maintain existing edging during summer season. Right now I will use conventional methods to recreate the edges which are all but washed away by winter precipitation. But in summer I will be able to refresh all edging with this tool in just an hour or so. Just take it out once a month and quickly drag around all flower beds. That way it will make maintenance very easy.To sum it all up. No regrets buying it, am sure I will use it, but do not expect a miracle. Seems solid and I think will last a long time. I will update this review after a couple of months, who knows, I might fall in love with this thing…..

Not for everyone
This does not work in anything but cultivated soil. For my purposes, worthless, since I live in an area with clay soil and minimal rain. Even in the springtime, cannot “cut” through the soil and edge the areas around my trees – which are bordered and mulched. But – may work fine in loam???
