Not for extended use
Like my previous Karcher K2 some years ago I started having problems with the Dirtblaster Spay Wand on my second use (Purchased in July 2020). After using the wand for about 2 hours it started to act up just as my older machine. This wand produces high pressure in a small spot but a part in the wand wears out quickly and then the spray pattern is more like a small circle reducing its effectiveness. Support responded very quickly to my complaint and without no more than asking for my address they immediately shipped me new wand. Overall the washer is fine for cleaning mold and dirt from house eaves, sidewalks, and on gentle spray setting a car.

Do not buy! Terrible product & customer service
Used it to clean the deck. On third day, the spinner wand started getting stuck in one position. Then it would intermittently work again. Not great for the cedar wood!! Took it off to see if there was a piece of debris making it stick, no. Even soaked it in warm soapy water, no. Started the return request process. HERE’S WHERE THIS COMPANY AND AMAZON DROPPED THE BALL: Karcher waited to grant our return request until the date to do so had passed. They never replied to us!! Now we have a piece of junk plastic boat anchor!!In addition to horrible customer service, the power washer is a bad piece of equipment. The hose for washer solution is literally 6″ long!! What in the world are you supposed to do with that? I had to pour the solution in a small bowl!! Which had to be refilled continuously, and kept getting knocked over due to it having to be directly next to the washer.The quick connect leaked so bad, I had to keep it off the deck when applying stripper, so it wouldn’t rinse off before it had time to work.Do yourself a favor: keep looking!!
